FastMetry is an app for adults to record fasting periods and body measurements. It is designed for general wellness and personal tracking; it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Information the app stores

FastMetry stores fasting records, including start and end times, target durations and optional notes; body measurement records, including the measurements you enter, their dates and optional notes; and preferences such as units, appearance, plans, body-figure selection and reminder settings. This information is stored in the app’s local database on your device. FastMetry does not require an account, ask for your name or email, or sync these records to a WiTEDS server.

How information is used

Your records are used on your device to show history, charts, progress and the body measurement view. If you enable reminders and grant notification permission, FastMetry schedules local reminders through your device’s notification service. You can turn reminders off in the app or device settings.

Storage and security

Your records are kept in app storage using your device’s standard protections. FastMetry does not add its own encryption to the database. Keep your device lock screen and security settings enabled.

Exports and sharing

You can choose to export fasting history or body measurements as CSV files. The app warns you before exporting. Your device’s share options let you choose where a file goes. A destination you choose, such as another app or email service, may store or process it under its own privacy practices. Only export to a destination you trust.

Device backups

Depending on your device and settings, iCloud or Google device backup may include FastMetry app data. Apple or Google controls those backups. A backup may remain after you delete data inside FastMetry; manage it through your device or account backup settings.

Advertising and analytics

FastMetry has no advertising or third-party analytics or crash-reporting software. It does not use your records for tracking or advertising.

Your choices and deletion

You can edit or delete individual fasting and measurement records. Settings → Delete all data removes FastMetry records and preferences from this device after two confirmations. This does not remove CSV copies you have saved or shared, or copies already held in a device backup. Manage those copies in their destination or your backup settings. FastMetry has no account or WiTEDS cloud copy to delete.

Children

FastMetry is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.
